Please allow up to one week for a private YouTube link if you purchased a video reading. Allow 2-3 business days if you purchased an e-mail reading with a photograph of your card spread.

I reserve the right to refuse a reading to any clients I do not feel will be a good fit.

No shows, for video call readings, will be charged as full sessions, and those who run late for their sessions will be held to the pre-arranged time. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session with me, please contact me no later than 24 hours prior to the session. No exceptions.

Payment for readings are required PRIOR to the reading. If payment is not made, I will not honor your purchase.

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your reading, you do not like the outcome of the reading, or what the cards had to say, I will not issue any refunds. This is not Costco.
